Book Your Initial Pre-screening Consultation

As part of our autism assessment pathway, we offer a comprehensive pre-screening process, designed to determine whether a full autism assessment is warranted.

The initial stage involves gathering background information through tools such as the Childhood Autism Spectrum Test (CAST), The Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers (M-CHAT) and the Autism Spectrum Screening Questionnaire (ASQ).

The initial pre-screening will enable us to identify key indicators of autism and provide suitable next steps whether it’s a full autism assessment or additional support services. This consultation is not a diagnosis but will help determine if further evaluation is needed. 

What to Expect:

The initial consultation fee is £39 and will take place remotely with a qualified consultant for an estimated duration of 40 minutes. The consultant will gather as much information as possible which includes an in-depth overview of your child’s developmental history, their current behaviours and any initial and ongoing parental concerns. After the pre-screening consultation you will receive a written recommendation once your consultation is complete.
